Mommies talk

Picture this... bonding activity after board meetings, 6 mommies and one daddy (3 board members and other 3 invited) all packed up in a small room and single me, eating a special snack and talking about???? Pregnancy, childbirth and kids... thats all they would talk about! I was there just looking and listening with a horror look in my face to their many stories, and what would work for such and such kid...hilarious! after a while they realize that I was the only one not talking and peter says : "Don't worry Josie, it will soon happen to you and you will join us in our conversations."
Well, I can say I left the room a bit little wiser that night.

Busy me

So much is happening, now we've been doing Seminars at schools non-stop, around 6 every time we do it. Waking up early and going to sleep late, board meetings and all the likes...its good! keeps me busy for God and helps my mind to focus on other things. Dead tired right now, woke up at 5 am today so I gotta go get my needed rest.
I'm still alive...

My Fair Lady

God bless sweet Joy who provisioned tickets for not only some in our home, but almost all the teens in the area to watch this hilarious play. It was sooooo cool! Really nice, The actors were brilliant! On the acting, singing and dancing.
The scenarios were just amazing...Everything was done live. There was an orchestra playing and they would do all the sound tracks everything that had to do with music. Very Impressive! great time. here are some pix for you....

Healthy living

Its so cool to see everyone getting on the ball with the their get-outs and eating habits, everywhere you go, each home you visit you see people really getting the vision and working their bodies out!
I cant say the same thing for myself because its being hard to get-out and now with the eating revolution, I realised that I'm terribly addicted to SUGAR!!! Its such a trial, cuz I crave it so bad, its like I have to have it...I cant control myself, I get restless, shaky....until I put something sweet in my mouth. Gotta get those good habits back..Lord help me!
And all of you out there who really got the point, keep it up! In no time you'll feel great! It really pays to live a healthy life.

Happy belated mothers day!

ahhh...It was my wnr and I didn't stay home, visited 3 different homes in one day! Spend my afternoon with my second mom Ana Ceu and, went to spend sometime with my friend Anita that was visiting and after that went to help Petes with a CP celebration for mothers day...it was cool..so that's why I didn't post about mothers, but they indeed make the world a better place... I LOVE YOU ALL BEAUTIFUL MOTHERS!!! Cant wait to be one....

You truly were the best dad me and the 5 bros could've asked for.
No kidding, I never met anyone who didn't like my dad, he is sweet, loving, giving, humble and willing. Patience is a virtue, and you have a LOT of it! You're my hero, you made me what I am today. I admire you and I think you should know that I look up to you and want to follow your steps. You taught me so much!

The sweetest childhood memory I have is of you, every single night,(it didn't matter if you were tired or not) you would get your guitar and play for us until we would fall asleep.
I just loved it! Its something I'm trying to keep. I've done it quite a few times with the kids I would take care of, and it works, believe me! Its a real proof of love.
Big year ahead..Praying that the Lord will give you all the strength you need and make your work load lighter and easier. I LOVE YOU!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
